She is the author of three books: The Homemade Pantry: 101 Foods You Can Stop Buying and Start Making, The Homemade Kitchen: Recipes for Cooking With Pleasure, and Eating From the Ground Up: Recipes for Simple Perfect Vegetables, all published by Clarkson Potter. She has also written for Martha Stewart Living magazine, Taproot, Food52.com, and many other online and print periodicals. You can also find her on Craftsy, where she teaches an online class about how to start making all sorts of foods from scratch including nut butters, granola bars, and her personal favorite, yogurt.
